Quads – not as much pain today so I thought I would do a
cautious workout and give them a go. They just feel like a worked muscle now.

Left inner thigh was feeling weak on last set of front
squat.
Slightly tender right inner quad on leg extension, but not
all that bad.
Left inner thigh was very tender with sumo squat – took it
easy here.
Smith machine split squat – right inner quad and left inner
thigh tweaked a bit.
Other exercises were ok on the legs.

I started volunteering at a nursing home for RD experience
for my internship application. I do this on Tuesdays from 7 am until about 12
pm. I am not sure how many weeks I will do this though – it is up to me to
decide. I get up at 5 and leave at 6 am since it is far from where I am. I work
out afterward.
