Deadlifts: 65x12, 95x10, 135x8, 155x6, 175x5, 200x3
Bent Over Row: 65x12, 95x10, 115x9, 125x8
Close Grip Pulldown: #6x12, #7x10x2
Side Lateral Raise: 10x10, 15x6x3
Standing DB Press: 10x12, 15x12x3
Pain in left shoulder on DB presses - keeping these on the lighter side.
