SWITCH! New workout plan and new meal plan. First time I
have been on a low/med/high carb plan with matching workouts. Very cool – and I
did not have to make that many changes to my already prepacked food yay! I am also excited to try something new and get things moving again. CAn't wait to see the results.
Soooo it has been a while since I posted and I think that
things have been going very well. Here
are the updates for the last two days in June.
New abbreviations: LC = low carb day; MC = medium carb day;
HC = high carb day

Wow my abs are way out of shape – totally need to work on
them during my post season. I am feeling pretty good despite not much sleep
these days. I have been dreading the time when I will have to start using
sleeping pills…hopefully not for a while or at. I am not working all day
anymore.
